conspire

"Conspire" means to secretly plan with someone to do something that is usually bad or harmful. For example, if two people were to conspire, they might whisper to each other about a sneak plan to maybe not do their homework and blame it on their imaginary friend. It's important to remember that it's not nice to conspire to do harmful things.
