We use your data to provide the product, generate AI responses and analysis, maintain account functionality, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Model Training and Content Use
We do not intentionally use your private conversation content or audio recordings to train VocabGuru models. Third-party AI providers may process data only to provide the requested service under their own terms.
5. Access Controls and Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, and private object storage. Internal access is limited to authorized personnel when needed for support, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Audio recordings and conversation data are kept so long as your account and content are active. You can request deletion by contacting us, and account or content deletion will remove related data from active systems, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
7. Sensitive Information
Please do not include highly sensitive personal information in recordings or messages, including financial account numbers, government-issued identifiers, health records, or passwords.
8. Third-Party Processors
We rely on trusted third parties for payments, infrastructure, storage, and AI processing (including Lemon Squeezy for billing). These providers process data to deliver their services to us.
